Sercotel Sorolla Palace - Valencia

This hotel is perfect for me, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a fantastic fitness center, and a sauna. I still remember how the staff kindly helped me retrieve my forgotten earphones during my first visit. Always happy to return for Christmas!

Modern amenities, decent and convenient setting.

The fresh made breakfast with slices of fresh bread, cereal, pastries, and eggs.

The food was fine and the location was magnificent.

The location is favourable, the breakfast is incredible. Its less than a 10-minute walk from Beniferri subway station. The rooms are well airconditioned and modern and have fabulous view especially at sunrise.

A quiet and confortable hotel.Personell prompt response even in solving of small issues that occured durin our stay.

Great location for the palace de congresses and feria Valencia and only a small taxi ride into the city. New and modern hotel and great value for money.

Staff let down hotel, did not honour bedroom type despite calling up in advance and advising of late arrival and being promised to note requests. Drinks quite expensive but to the normal level of a 4 or 5 star hotel. Swimming pool closed during a peak time while hotel was full.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were very nice and the bathrooms were lovely the hotel rooms were cleaned daily i liked the setting of the pool area

only criticisms i would be no irons/ironing boards available only a laundry system, the pool was a bit cold and the hot tub didnt work but these were not major issues and i would still stay again at the hotel

Great stay for the conference!

I was here for a conference and it was super convenient being just a few steps from the venue. My room was really clean and the bed was comfy too. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh juices! Just wish the furniture could use a little upgrade. Solid experience.

All my expectations for this hotel and the room is fullfilled. We got a room at the 12. floor with a seaview! Very friendly staff, and the pool area is nice. Music channels in the bathroom, with relaxing music. It is close to the city center, 5 min walk and 10 min metro. The best and fastest way to the old town around the Cathedral,is to take the tram from "Palau de Congresos" to "Pont de Fusta", and then a 5 min walk to the old town. My daughter always wants italian food, and we tried 4 different restaurants, and the best one was "La Piazza" near Beniferri metro and 5 min walk from the hotel.

The amneties in the bathroom was just soap and shampoo. A body lotion and a conditioner, some cotton rolls and q-tips would have been nice.

Very nice hotel. We had a huge room (2 rooms in fact) with 2 TVs, etc. Nice bathroom. Excellent value for money by the end of June 2012 (around 75 euros/day). The hotel is in a busy location, but good to take the car and explore Valencia. There is plenty free parking around the hotel. We had no time to use all te facilities (pool, etc) although it was very hot (35C).

It can be a bit noisy, specially if there is a Bankia protest in the auditorium next to the hotel.. but this is nothing the hotel can control.

Quite big and clean rooms. Free wifi and good network coverage. Free office room with two PCs and printer. Good breakfast. Actually, good cuisine at hotel generally. Very good dinner for 18EUR per person at hotel restaurant as "Menu, de dias." Nice and friendly girl works at lobby bar. :)

Paid parking, but there was no problem to find free parking place next to the hotel during 4 days of stay. Swimming pool on the terrace (outside the hotel main building) and no sauna near it (is not actual for warm seasons - we stayed at hotel in April)
